Interesting

Our pet hate is the employer or the school that 'denies' bullying is occurring within their organisation.

Self preservation is not an option. Phrases like; 'We have an anti-bullying policy. It does not go on here" ... is unacceptable. Having an anti-bullying policy does not mean that bullying automatically stops. Preventing bullying involves a range of approaches.

Rogue Bosses avoid paying tribunal money. One in 10 successful tribunal claimants are never paid.

Of the 15,000 tribunal cases every year that go as far as final settlement, 1,500 of the claimants do not receive their award.

Cllr David Renard says; The Council has demonstrated its commitment to the National Bullying Helpline and encourages all businesses and voluntary organisations to support them too.  As well as the human cost, it makes commercial sense to work with them. 2007.
