“The National Bullying Helpline (Charity) provides FREE support to anyone, whether employee or employer, seeking advice on how to handle contentious, work-related, situations.

“Clearly, this is a much needed Charity as there is very little, employment support available at a time when it is needed.   We have a dedicated investigation team and a total of four Chartered Fellows of the CIPD working with us, all of whom have an in-depth understanding of employment law”.  Christine Pratt. CEO.

Can you help us?

To continue this initiative

we need help to fund the

FREE Helpline

“We desperately need more helplines and more resources.  There is a huge demand for the support services we provide.

Currently we provide FREE practical and timely support and counselling, but this is limited. We need to do much more for those suffering with workplace bullying issues” .

This is not just about money...

We offer Partnership Packages to employers.  Simply, in exchange for your support

with resources, equipment, Marketing and PR, etc., we

will provide support and

diversity expertise to you.

“Any organisation partnering with us, or sponsoring us, will benefit from being associated with a Charity committed to combating and eradicating this negative workplace conduct”.

Cllr David Renard says;

The Council has demonstrated its commitment to the National Bullying Helpline and encourages all businesses and voluntary organisations to support them too.  As well as the human cost, it makes commercial sense to work with them. 2007.

We are looking for Sponsors & Partners

“We wish to thank all those who have supported us so far. Special thanks go to our Patron, Professor Cary Cooper, Anne Snelgrove MP, Gavin Jones CEO of Swindon Borough Council - and to BBC Wiltshire Sound, Brunel FM and GWR - the local Radio Stations who have promoted us and supported us The National Bullying Helpline at every opportunity”

Thank you so much for speaking to me today it is so comforting to have  someone understands our appalling situation. This whole climate of bullying  at work - especially in Primary Schools has got completely out of control.
